New location! I am very excited about this change, and
I hope you will enjoy the calming space. The building is surrounded by a pond and trees. The room is bigger, and I am looking
forward for more floor work requests (Thai, Shiatsu). My new space is close to the Basemar Center. Come and visit soon!
Call me at 303-938-8284 or my cell # 303-775-8005.
New last name! I am now officially Eeris Kallil. Kallil
means light (as in weightless) in Hebrew. I chose it for the meaning, the melodic sounding and yes, Khalil Gibran being one
of my favorite poets, has some inspiration as well…
New business name! Last year I broke down and caught up
with the rest of the world and got myself a web page. After months of tossing names I came up with one that I actually like…my
new business name is Bodywork Wisdom.
New Treatments!
I have graduated my 100 hr T.C.M (Traditional Chinese Medicine) class in September,
and added to my repertoire moxa and suction cups treatments. Moxa is a Chinese herb that is lit on specific points along meridians,
to help bring circulation of blood and Ki (Chi) to the area. Sounds painful and crazy… but pretty powerful! The moxa
treatment is pretty smokey- and smells like some illegal drug… so if you come to my office and it smells peculiar- be
assured that it is Kosher! The suction cups help with detoxification and release of blood stasis. Both these treatments help
with aches and pains, colds, increase of energy and release of toxins.
Miraculously (or not) I was not touched by
any of the nasty colds and flues that were going a round last winter, not even a tiny cold…I am attributing that to
the Bemer. For those of you who are not familiar with the Bemer- it is an electric pad that converts the energy into Bio Electro
Magnetic Energy- same frequency/vibration of a healthy cell. This energy radiates through your body, induces oxygenation of
cells and promotes health (disease can not live in an oxygenated environment). The bemer treatment is available to you at
your request while you receive your massage, or by itself.
New Workshop! Did you ever want to learn a few massage
strokes so you can share precious moments with partners, children and loved ones? I am offering a fun workshop for basic Back
and shoulders massage techniques This workshop is open to anyone with two hands (brain is optional).
