The focus ofthis work is on being rather than doing.
Through gentle movement we will learn the principles of Tai Chi and Chi Kung for the cultivation of Presence, Balance, Strength, Clarity, Self-Love, and Sense of Well-Being.  We will recondition the nervous system to respond to life from a still center.
Simple, profound movements will clear energy channels,promoting health and flexibility, and a refined level of awareness.

MARILYN REIS has been deeply connected to Schools of Inner Work since 1969. Major influences include: The Gurdjieff Foundation in Paris, S.N.Goenka Vipassana Meditation, A Course inMiracles, The I Ching, and 30 years of training in the Internal Healing Arts.

She is a certified Attunement Practitioner, a nontouch technique dedicated to attuning the endocrine and other anatomical systems, bringing physical and spiritual alignment, enhancing a person’s quality of life.

After decades of working with Teachers, Guides and Masters, Marilyn’s vision is ever expanding toward simplicity. Her message is simple: The Teacher is Within, revealed and manifest through Love, the only force in Reality.

This is a movement class incorporating the principles of Tai Chi Chuan, Chi Kung, and I Chuan.
