To cure disease after it has appeared is like digging a well when one already feels thirsty"

Office Policies

Length of sessions

Sessions are usually 75, 90 or 120 minutes long.
Each session starts with a 10-15 min check-in conversation and it is part of the length of the session.

Late Arrival

Please understand that if you arrive late to your appointment you will still be expected to pay for the full
session. If additional time is available, you may be asked to pay for the additional time.
If I am running late and the start of your session is delayed, I will make sure to honor the full length of your booked time.
If you need to be done by a certain time please let me know that at the beginning of your session.

Cancellations                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       24-hours advanced notice is required. Please understand that you will be expected to pay for your reserved time
unless I was able to fill your spot or it is an emergency or illnesses.

Payment

My preferred methods of payment are cash and checks.

Credit card payment can be made in advance on-line or at the time of service, though I would rather avoid this option when possible, due to the service charges.

How to prepare for a massage

Please shower or freshen up before your session. If you receive a session fully clothed,

(like Shiatsu or Thai massage)  make sure to wear loose, fresh clothes and clean socks.
Avoid Jeans, lots of pockets and thick materials.
