Zen Shiatsu is usually performed with the client fully clothed.Its best to wear comfortable clothing and fresh socks.

Lymphatic massage supports the proper flow, function, and drainage of the lymphatic system. Dry brushing exfoliates the skin and increases circulation and lymph flow. The hot stones will enhance all the above and will leave you deeply relaxed and grounded yet invigorated.

Manipulation of the soft muscle tissue and the connective tissue will relieve tightness and pain of chronic or acute injuries and is deeply relaxing yet rejuvenating. Massage may include Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular techniques, stretching, and reflexology. This massage is usually performed with oil or lotion so it is best if the client is disrobed. Clients are covered with a top sheet. Only the body parts that are being worked on will be uncovered.


Traditional Thai Massage is usually performed on a mat on the floor with client fully clothed (Yoga attire is recommended)
Eeris can adapt Thai Massage to the table for clients who have trouble lying on the floor level.
